Polar 3D and Mariemont High School

Polar 3D's Nick Jones teaches a Mariemont High School class how to use 3D printing. The Cincinnati Enquirer and Cincinnati.com gave Polar 3D a shout-out earlier last week. Polar's recent work with Boys and Girls Club of America and Mariemont High School has caused a buzz within the city. Cincinnati.com highlighted Polar alongside other up-and-coming educational tech including iSpace grants and new vision screenings.

"The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Cincinnati is getting a 3D printing lab, one of three springing from a partnership between the Cincinnati-based Polar 3D and the Boys & Girls Club of America.

The other two labs will be in Washington, D.C., and Portland, Oregon, according to a news release.

Polar 3D’s mission is to boost students’ creativity and imagination and spur interest in STEM careers – science, technology, engineering and math.
