We're assuming you're already a member of the Polar Cloud from the application process, but if you're not, here's a video showing you how to create your account.

The two printers in the program are the Dremel 3D45 printers and the Flashforge Inventor IIS. Click here for more info on the Dremel and here for more info on the Flashforge.

Here's a video to show you how easy it is to add your printer to The Polar Cloud.

+ Unable to Connect?

Some secure school networks will block the connections needed for your 3D printer to connect to the Polar Cloud. To fix this, permissions will need to be altered. A network administrator should be able to help you with this. Learn below the permissions needed for your printer to connect to the Polar Cloud.

Polar Cloud Enabled Printers - Network Requirements

If you're outside the United States of America and trying to add your Dremel 3D45 you like won't see the option for Clouds on the printer. To fix this, you can alter the country of the machine and access the Clouds option.

I don't see a Clouds Button on my Dremel

We suggest that your first print be something functional to get you up and running. For the Dremel, that's a tool holder that hangs off the side of the printer. For the Flashforge, that's a 3rd Party spool mount. Click your respective link to get printing.

For your first prints, we recommend using PLA until you get comfortable. PLA is the easiest material to print, and will lead to less headaches than ABS and Nylon.

Your School Lives on the Cloud

+ Join Your School

Join your school using your Teacher Join Code. Doing so grants you access to curriculum and links any 3D printer on your account to the school's group queue.

If you don't know your Teacher Join Code, please fill out this form.

+ Give Students Access

Students join their school on the Polar Cloud using a Student Join Code. This was distributed through email to the Primary GE contact.
By joining the school online, students will gain access to the Group Queue function. Group queue allows students to send a print to their school, which can then be accepted or rejected by the manager in control of the 3D printer.

If you don't know your Student Join Code, please fill out this form.

+ Enhance Your School's Identity

The school home page allows you to upload photos of your school, show off what your students are designing, and find other Polar Cloud schools in your area.
