Generate a Quote for Purchase Order

Step 1 Quote

Log in at Polar3D.com and navigate to Polar3d.com/Pricing. You’ll also be able to visit this upgrade page by clicking “Explore Plans” under School Dashboard > Settings, or clicking any of the red “Go Premium” banners that are blocking your full feature access.

Choose the school you’re looking to upgrade from the dropdown list. Once you’re ready, click “Quote (For Purchase Orders)”.

If you don’t see your school, need to purchase multiple site licenses at once, or have any other questions, please contact us at accounting@polar3d.com.

To properly generate your quote, the next page requires School Name, Address, and Billing Email. If you do not yet have it, you can also download our W-9 from this page.

Your resulting Quote will look like the one below.

 
 

Step 2 Purchase Order

Use the quote created in Step 1 to generate a purchase order. Include a clear description, quantity, price, payment terms, and any special delivery details.

Step 3 Invoice & Site Activation

Your School’s License will be activated immediately upon receipt of the Purchase Order. Once activated, you’ll be invoiced. Your school, and all members that have joined it will have immediate access to all features included in the Site License, accessible 24/7 from any device until your license expires.

 

Paying via Credit Card

Log in at Polar3D.com and navigate to Polar3d.com/Premium. You’ll also be able to visit this upgrade page by clicking “Explore Plans” under School Dashboard > Settings, or clicking any of the red “Go Premium” banners that are blocking your full feature access.

Choose the school you’re looking to upgrade from the dropdown list. Once you’re ready, click “Credit Card”.

Enter a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover and the associated month, CVC code, and name. Then you can complete your checkout process and start printing.

  • Please send your vendor approval package to accounting@polar3d.com. Our team will fill it out and

  • Yes! The district license allows the District to standardize and empower more of its educators and students. Even if 3D printers are only available at the HS and JHS, the elementary students can learn about 3D modeling and printing via the Polar Cloud, create their own designs and can "send" their print requests via the Polar Cloud to the HS or JHS. Surely, some of those younger learners will take advantage of that access, will be more engaged in STEM as they enter JHS and HS.

  • Our accounting team will turn off renewal, remove the credit card as a payment method, and send you a quote for PO. Please email accounting@polar3d.com.
